If a project/service is more complex, additional charges may be added to compensate for my time. This will be discussed before charges are added so you may decide if you wish to continue.

If there are any risks involved with working on your item, I will let you know so you can decide if you want to continue. If you do not wish to continue, a full refund will be issued.

If I feel I am unable to or unqualified to work on your item, I will let you know and a full refund will be issued.
